The Triathlon 3 Components in the following order:
Swimming, Cycling, Running 

The Duathlon 2 Components in the following order:
Running, Cycling, Running 

Add Activity Welcomes Athletes of all Ages and Abilities. No experience is needed :) 

Training programs for Beginners, Recreational and Advanced Athletes are ready to go!

 

New 2009 Youth Training Groups

Add Activity Triathlon Club will be offering Youth Training Groups ages 10-12, 13-15 and 16-18. 

There will also be one 5 day Youth Training Camp offered this summer. This camp will take place in London and be held from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday with 1 open water training day held on the Saturday. For more information on the 5 day training camp for Youth see the website begining of April for more details.

 

Groups Meet 4-6 Sessions Per Week

Our club members enjoy 4-6 Group Training Sessions each week. Add Activity provides visiual coaching & technical corrections at every training session. Up to date training information and the latest training tips are provided at training sessions and through weekly e-mail communication. 

Add Activity Coaches provide Visual Coaching & Technical Correction at each training session. This helps athletes not to waste energy and enables them to become more efficient during their training and racing. 

Add Activity Athletes learn to get the most out of their training efforts. Coaches encourage proper technique to help prevent wasted energy and injuries. Practice doesn't make perfect...practice makes permanent. Best to be practicing good form and practicing correct technique.

Add Activity Athletes are provided with face-to-face communication with their coach at each training session, enjoy unlimited e-mail contact with their coaches. Add Activity believes this is the best way to help our athletes improve. There is so much more then just putting in the training hours. 

Athletes need to understand their training program, the importance of proper sport specific warm ups, nutrition, stretching and so much more. 

All of these extra's the coaches at Add Activity provide will help keep athletes safe, happy, enable them to enjoy their training but most important it will reduce the risk of injuries.
