Monday OFF
Tuesday Spin Class 6:30 PM Thompson Arena
(if you have a trainer for your bike you can join the club spin classes if not it is recommended that you spin at your Gym)
Wednesday we meet at 6:15 for a run TBA
Thursday OFF
Friday 6AM - 7:30 AM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Saturday Run 8:30 AM from the New Balance London Store
Sunday 7:30 PM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre

 

April 7-8 hrs per week

Monday OFF
Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 PM Outdoor Cycle Weather permitting
Wednesday 6:15 for a run TD Waterhouse
Thursday train on your own- weakest link day
Friday 6AM - 7:30 AM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Saturday Run 8:30 AM from the New Balance London Store
Sunday 7:30 PM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre

 

May, June, July & Aug 8-10 hrs per week

Monday 6AM- 7:30 AM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Tuesday 6:15 -8 PM Outdoor Cycle Weather permitting Byron, Emily Carr PS, Sherwood Forest Mall, Medway High School
Wednesday 6:15 for a run TD Waterhouse
Thursday train on your own - weakest link day
Friday 6 - 7:30 AM Swim Canada Games Aquatic Centre
Saturday Brick Session (Swim, Bike & Run) 8:00 AM we meet up at the lake
Sunday - OFF

There are races that the club targets as training days. On these weekends there is no group training as all should be participating in the race.

Add Activity Club Members choose what race distances they would like to complete, and which races they would like to "peak" for.

Lakeside - June 6th & 7th - Multisport Series * Try-a-Tri to Sprint Distance
Guelph 1- June 20th & 21st - Trisport Subaru Series * Try-a-Tri to Olympic Distance
Gravenhurst - July 18th & 19th - Multisport Series * Try-a-Tri to Olympic Distance
Niagara (Grimsby) August 9th - Trisport Subaru Series * Try-a-Tri to Sprint Distance
Wasaga Beach Sept 12th - Multisport Series * Try-a-Tri to Olympic Distance
Lakeside - Sept 19th & 20th - Multisport Series * Try-a-Tri to Sprint Distance

If you would like to target another race just speak to the Head Coach Leigh-Ann Rowe who will then write your training program to include the race/s you desire.
